Salted almonds

It is very easy to make your own salted almonds and they taste fantastic with SIKANI Salt.

5 dl boiling water
125 g SIKANI Organic Sea Salt – Grosso
200 g ordinary almonds

The SIKANI Salt is dissolved in the water. It dissolves more quickly if you beat it with a whisk. Let the almonds sit in the water for 20 minutes.
Set the oven to 175°C. Drain the water from the almonds and distribute them evenly on a baking tray. Bake them for approx. 15 minutes in the oven. Turn the almonds from time to time so they are dried on all sides.
Cool and serve.

Variations:
Liquorice almonds
Place the almonds in a container and sprinkle with a couple of tsp of liquorice powder. Close the lid and shake the container to distribute the powder on all of the almonds.
